Strength

Strength: A measure of physical prowess; the average human strength for a civilian is 2.

This was a thing discussed earlier in the year at a Referee Team Meeting. The idea was that this would be amended into the main rules along side the other stat of Hits per Location, and make the Ulcas Bulging Biceps more of an open ability that other races might enjoy a fraction of. While I do like the idea, it would create a lot of work to fully integrate into the system.
